Our venue is accessible for all, with facilities and seating just for you, and we cater for assistance animals and companions.

We have four accessible/disabled parking spaces for people with a disability parking permit and lots of free 4-hour and all-day parking available at the facility carpark at the rear of the building (access via David Road or Braemar Lane).
A lift will take you up to the Box Office from the ground level.
Blue Mountains Theatre is fully wheelchair accessible including accessible toilet facilities and a lift to all floors.
We have wheelchair seating in the Theatre. Wheelchair bookings must be made for all performances by calling the Box Office.
If you don't use a wheelchair but have reduced mobility, the first few rows at the front, or the last few rows at the rear, of the theatre have limited steps so please ask our friendly Box Office staff for advice.
To assist in amplifying the sound from the stage, T-Loops (to be attached to your own hearing aid), earpieces and headphones are available at the Box Office. Please request these at the time of booking or see our Box Office team on arrival.
Accredited guide dogs, or any animal trained to assist people with disability, are welcomed.
You will be seated to the rear of the theatre for the comfort of all patrons. Service dogs won't be allocated a seat and must remain on the floor at all times. Please advise the Box Office at the time of booking.
We accept the NSW Companion Card. Please provide the Companion Card number to the Box Office on 4780 5050 when booking.
Accessible toilets are available on all floors.
An adult change table is also available on the ground floor.
